洪武通宝    此藏品为吉林 长春 孙先生所藏有。

据湖南常德中国收藏家协会会员周新国先生的“武陵藏珍”考证：吴二年（1368）正月，朱元璋称帝，建立明朝，改元洪武。同年三月，开铸“洪武通宝”钱，仍继大中钱式，行五等钱。明史·食货志》曰：“（戊申、太祖）即位，颁洪武通宝钱，其制五等：当十、当五、当三、当二、当一。当十钱重一两，余递降至一钱止。”钱文真书，直读。当十大钱一般径4.6厘米，重34.4～37克；当一径2.45厘米，重3.4～3.6克。洪武三年（1370）三月下令户部及各行省铸造洪武通宝钱，分为五等，当十重一两，当五五钱，余下当三、当二、当一顺减，并在各行省设宝泉局与宝源局并铸。洪武四年（1371）二月开始改铸大钱为小钱。到了洪武八年（1375）因推行大明宝钞而罢宝源局铸钱，第二年又罢各行省宝源局。洪武十年（1377）五月又下令各省设宝泉局铸小钱，与钞兼行。二十二年又更改钱式，钱背加铸重量，并置各省宝源局开铸
